By using Locarides, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Locarides mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Locarides. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must provide accurate information during sign-up.

You may not share your account credentials or impersonate others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Locarides a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

Content must be accurate, respectful, and lawful.

Do not post content that is offensive, misleading, or violates others' rights.

We may remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

Using the app for unlawful purposes.

Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to access backend systems.

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

Posting false gem locations or fabricated reviews.

Circumventing proximity verification for gem unlocks.

6. Intellectual Property

The Locarides app, including its design, branding, and source code, is the intellectual property of the Locarides team. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Locarides is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the app, including reliance on gem location data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the app.
